We will send you a confirmation email with all the information about your booking. Including the WhatsApp number of our manager who you can contact at any time. Our manager will contact you one day before your arrival to check if you have any special requests for your stay and a time of your arrival.
Our cancellation policy is non refundable. However, we understand that life sometimes can be unpredictable. Thus, in some cases, we can provide a refund to our guests if there is a force majeure situation.
We will be happy to offer you an early check-in but it’s a subject of availability. If we won’t have a guest one day before your arrival, you are welcome to check-in early. Otherwise, you’re welcome to drop your luggage when you arrive and come back at our regular check in time, at 3 pm 😊
